第26屆東南亞及東北亞電業企劃經理會議(The 26th Meeting of the General Planning Managers(GPM) of Southeast and Northeast Asian Electric Utilities)於今（99）年10月20日至23日在越南河內市（Hanoi）舉行，除主辦國的越南電力公司（Vietnam Electricity）外，其他東南亞及東北亞參加的電力公司尚有日本北海道電力株式會社（Hokkaido Electric Power Co.,Inc）、中部電力株式會社（Chubu Electric Power Co., Inc. ）、中國電力株式會社（Chugoku Electric Power Co., Inc. ）、電氣事業連合會（The Federation of Electric Power Companies）、韓國電力公司（KEPCO）、泰國發電局（EGAT）、泰國省電力局（PEA）、馬來西電力公司(TENGA)及台灣電力公司（TPC）等。 依主辦國規劃，本次會議討論的主題有三：  2011至2015年之電源開發計畫(含一般說明、投資資金籌措及環境影響)（Power Development Master Plan of period 2011-2015 i. General information ii. Investment capital mobilization iii. Environment impact）。  核能電力之發展:學習東北亞國家核能發展之營運及經驗，以作為東南亞國家之借鏡(Nuclear Power Development:Practices & Experiences of Northeast Asian Countries and lesson to Southeast Asian Countries）。  再生能源之推動：政府政策及電價補貼機制(Renewable Energy: Government Policy and Tariff subsidied mechanism)。 針對上述三大議題，各國電力公司論文題目依發表時間整理如下：  日本中部電力株式會社（Chubu Electric Power Co., Inc. ）－Initiatives for Development of Nuclear Power in Japan  日本北海道電力株式會社（Hokkaido Electric Power Co.,Inc） －Efforts toward the expansion of renewable energy  韓國電力公司（KEPCO）－KEPCO’S Smart Grid  馬來西亞電力公司(TENGA) －Malaysia Electricity Supply Industry Issues & Challenges  台灣電力公司(TPC)－Taipower’s Current Development in Renewable Energy  泰國發電局（EGAT）－Tailand Power Development Plan  泰國省電力局（PEA）－PEA’s Biomass Power Generation  越南電力公司（EVN）－Nuclear Power Development in Viet Nam  越南電力公司（EVN）－Assessing the Dynamics of Demand and Supply of Electricity in Viet Nam
