報告內容摘要
1.和NTU/SG School of EEE, Division of Information Engineering 系主任 Prof. Yap-Peng Tan 進行mobile media 合作計畫，擔任此計畫之international collaborator，每年到NTU/SG進行短期訪問2.和新加坡科技部I2R Media Division Qibin Sun 經理討論計畫合作案，並決定共同爭取主辦IEEE ICME 2010 國際研討會，已遞交計畫書至IEEE ICME Steering Committee3.參加MultiMedia Modeling (MMM) 2008 國際研討會擔任Area Chair 及 Session Chair 進行國際交流
