2013年的『 International Conference on Measurement, Instrumentation and Automation』國際會議，在大陸桂林的DaZheng Hot Spring Holiday Hotel隆重舉行，會議時間則是從四月二十三日至四月二十四日，總計兩天。第二天上午安排兩場Keynote speech，下午則進行論文發表與討論，依下列六個領域: (I) Measuring Technology and its Application (II) Instruments and Sensor Technology (III) Signal Processing (IV) Control and Automation (V) Electronics and Information Technology (VI) Other Related Topics 延伸出13個主題，該Technical Program再分成二個Session同時進行，因此涵蓋研究範圍非常廣泛，參與者分別來自美、台、韓、中、越、印度等餘國，每篇論文均具有一定之水準，筆者的論文是在四月二十四日下午四點左右的Automation and Artificial Intelligence Session中上台口頭發表，發表題目是『Efficiency Reverse Converter for 4-Moduli Set {22n, 22n+1-1, 2n+1, 2n-1} Based on New CRT-II』，會中得到廣大的迴響及意見交換，筆者深感獲益良多。
